About the Society
Our Smiles for Life Society recognizes our most committed supporters who have generously remembered Smile Train in their estate plans. Your dedication in creating your philanthropic legacy will allow us to continue our important work of giving children around the world the gift of a smile well into the future.

Smile Train has sponsored more than 2 million free cleft surgeries since our founding in 1999. Even through the pandemic, our “teach a man to fish” model allowed us to continue to provide essential services like speech therapy, nutritional counseling, and tele-medicine visits to ensure that our patients were receiving care and attention. We are successful because of your support and concern for the children we help.
If Smile Train is already in your estate plan and you have not yet informed us, please let us know so we may welcome you into the Smiles for Life Society!

More ways to make an impact
Gifts in a will or trust
Donations in your will or trust are (by far) the most popular type of planned gift. Learn more, or get help starting your will (for free!).
Beneficiary designations
Gifting assets not covered by your will — like 401(k) or IRA accounts — may help your heirs avoid unwanted taxes, even if you’re below the estate tax threshold.
Gifts that pay you back
Give assets while providing yourself or others with income for a period of time or distributions at a later date.
